We are Elos

Elos Interpreters and Translators was founded in 2016 as an interpretation and translation company and, in 2020, augmented its services to incorporate a remote simultaneous translation studio.
The core of Elos is its three partners, Antonio Ribeiro, Marsel de Souza and Samir Hattabi, with a combined experience of over 50 years in the field. We act as mediators for oral and written communication between Brazil and countries where English, Spanish, French and Arabic are spoken, in addition to collaborating with professional linguists for other languages.

On-site and virtual interpretation

In the five years since we formed Elos, we have provided interpreting services for conferences, seminars, courses, talks, business meetings, field visits and other events for clients in a wide variety of industries, in Brazil and abroad.
With the migration of so many events to virtual platforms, we began offering services from our interpretation studio, and we are preparing new technological logistics for on-site events as soon as they start to be held again.

Remote interpretation studio

Given that simultaneous translation in a virtual environment is an even greater technological challenge due to the risk of interruption and interference, we designed a professional studio in our new headquarters. We carefully planned out acoustics, connectivity and air conditioning, combining function and comfort.
Our interpreters and virtual event coordinators are prepared to collaborate with our clients’ teams, no matter what the time zone. And you will also be able to hold events in our headquarters in the future, as soon as hybrid events become viable, which will allow greater interaction between participants and minimize transmission delays.
